Topshop Trouble

Yes, i know this isn't a post about my lovely pink, tassel Missguided babies but that will just have to wait until my wedding shoot. It is gagging to land so trust me, hang tight. Today I added a rather hippi-go-festival vibe to my outfit, and its kinda increased my festival excitement to about 10000%.

I bought a white layered Topshop crop top that can be worn in bardot style or just normal (for the boring ones). The brown lace up shoes, also shown below, which are amazing and I just had to have them! I hate it when you buy flat sandals and after a while they begin to ache your feet because they aren't thick enough - you know what i mean? Well even though these sandals are not the thickest of styles they're surprisingly comfortable especially over long periods- i should know after trekking around all day on stones.in the rain.

I wore the top and sandals with my trusty black Topshop jeans shown in the picture below, they definitely made up for the extra flesh i was showing upper body. It wasn't the brightest of days and without a coat the wind can be significantly chilly- i wouldn't recommend leaving the house without a coat guys, for those of you that live in Cornwall that is. Its not fun.

We recently had a small, traditional event in our town called Flora Day. It includes a lot of dancing around the streets, stalls, food, fair rides and *some* alcohol. In order to compensate for the white dress and shoes i was missing out on this year because i didn't dance, (its tradition to wear white whilst dance, even in the rain!!) I decided to buy myself some new clothes, which obviously resulted in a full outfit.

On Flora day i wore the white top above, but with my Primark A-line button up denim skirt - which i totally adore! After noticing the prices for the exact skirt in other stores i saw no point in spending extra on a different button logos, whats wrong with perfect style at half the price? Isn't that what we all dream about.

These sandals are perfect for festival season; to wear with jeans as i displayed above, a skirt, a dress, possible even palazzo pants or a jumpsuit. Whatever this summer brings you, make sure you're wearing your best sandals all night long.

I have a lot on the agenda (in my mind) to blog for you guys, such as my wedding shoot, definitely in need of a festival 'must haves' post, a limited edition mascara review and of course i must share my tassel babies with you all! Happy reading.
