Batwing Jumper

So thanks to my mother, a new parcel arrived for me earlier this week from Very. Within the packaging lay a big, baggy, batwing jumper, made with thick, chunky cotton, and with slits either side to create dips in the front and back. It is super soft and can be worn over absolutely anything; I was even thinking about layering a skin tight midi skirt, thick tights and boots...

This is a mission that I must now accepted.

Earlier on this week (the day after my parcel arrived) however, I wore my new batwing jumper over a black denim Topshop skirt and Urban Outfitter booties. It was quite a breezy, but snuggly combination.

Make up Management:

Here is a close up of my eye on which I used Benefit's Roller Lash Mascara and a few extra layers of L'oreal's Sculpting Mascara. I always use a few (several) layers of mascara to really ensure that each lash has been fully covered and is as long as it can be. My eye lashes are my thing; I adore wearing mascara, in fact a few years ago I could never leave my house without it! However, I am much more confident when leaving the house 'naked' now - only without mascara, clothes still remain - because it feels nice having a few days bare, and then layering the black liquid back on and realising just how long my lashes are again. It really does feel great.
