Belts + Capes

So today I paired my black belt from Vintage Warehouse 13 in Falmouth, and an embroidery top from ASOS. I love the material of this ASOS top because its so soft and the embroidery is so pretty! The white stitching and cut out gold rings give it that extra bohemian vibe. Whereas, the black buckled belt was a vintage buy of mine - you may have seen it on a previous post- and I love it. I think I love it so much because it gives that grunge vibe to my outfit, well in this case it emphasises the bohemian vibe and I am loving that this winter. In fact, I am excited for a summer filled with fringe, belts and embroidery - planning ahead - bring on summer '16!

I also threw on my newest Topshop cape! It is beautiful and I love how contrasting the colours are, but they work and its perfect for adding extra snug. Its quite heavy in weight which is great because it acts as a jacket, even thought it doesn't have a hood...nor is it made from practical material...but I love it so much! So much so that my mother has even asked to borrow it...well that was inevitable!

You will see that I have layered up this cape and embroidery top with my chunky Topshop cardigan just to add some extra warmth. T'is the season after all.

Wearing basic black skinny jeans and desert boots rounded off my outfit and made the focus my top and belt combo. The boots are from Treds in Truro, Cornwall, and the jeans were actually...my boyfriends old jeans! Don't laugh now; they're incredibly comfy and why let them go to waste?  That's what I say.
